Returns

We believe in our products. We know they work because so many customers tell us so.

We're so confident you'll love Ultimate Dog CHIRP that you can take up to 90 days to decide if it's right for your dog. If you're unhappy for ANY REASON, simply contact us for a FULL REFUND of your purchase price, even if you've emptied ALL the jars.

To complete your return, please email us at woof@ultimatedog.com or use the online chat on our home page to get your RMA number and further instructions. We'll take care of you right away!

Refunds
Once your return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. We will notify you by email when your refund is approved.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at woof@ultimatedog.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
